Hanging drywall is one of the two big visual milestones.  The other is getting the floors sanded.  After the completion of these two steps, the project goes from “job site” to “close-to-finished space.”  Both steps make me giddy!

The floors had limited, if any, sanding done to them in the past.

The second floor front rooms were painted.
